Kokinchan  小金ちゃん

A yatai located near the intersection of Showa Dori and Oyafuko Dori in Fukuoka Tenjin. The original yaki ramen stall. Five men and five women operate the stall. Oden, yakitori, gyoza, doteyaki, grilled mentaiko, mentaiko egg yaki, beef steak, ramen, yaki-ramen, etc. Tourists come to this stall. A long queue is guaranteed for this food stall. Other than the yaki-ramen, everything else is delicious.

salted hormone

Stall:Kokinchan Food:salted hormone

Stir-fried hormone and cabbage. Very tasty with crunchy hormone, crispy cabbage and a strong garlic flavor sauce. Recommended ‼️ (07/19/2023)

ramen

Stall:Kokinchan Food:ramen

Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen since it is in Fukuoka. Soup with few peculiarities. The noodles are a little thicker than the thin noodles that are common in Fukuoka. Juicy chashu pork. Is it an ancestor of the original Yaki-Ramen? Delicious ramen ‼️ (07/17/2023)

beef sinew stewed in miso and mirin

Stall:Kokinchan Food:beef sinew stewed in miso and mirin

Doteyaki on rice. Surprisingly, there are many rice dishes. Miso Aji. The big, rumbling suji meat? and konnyaku (konnyaku is a type of Japanese vegetable). You can also add a dash of chili pepper to your liking. Surprisingly delicious ‼️ (2023/07/15)

Oden (fish paste and sardine tempura)

Stall:Kokinchan Food:Oden (fish paste and sardine tempura)

The one in the front looks like Naruto's master is a fish paste. The one in the back is sardine tempura. The latter looks like satsuma-age made from sardine surimi. These ingredients absorb the broth around them and produce a delicious broth of their own. Oden is a staple of food stalls. ‼️ (2020/10/01)

Doteyaki (beef tendon stewed in miso)

Stall:Kokinchan Food:Doteyaki (beef tendon stewed in miso)

The crunchy beef tenderloin is flavored with sweet and gentle miso. Doteyaki broth is poured over the yaki ramen, which adds sweetness to the flavor. For my taste, this was better than the yaki ramen. ‼️ (Sep 22, 2020)

fried ramen

Stall:Kokinchan Food:fried ramen

Ramen noodles stir-fried with pork bone broth and sauce. Doteyaki broth is poured on top. It tastes more like grilled beef noodle than yakisoba, with more water in the sauce flavor. Taste of the original: ‼️ (Sep 10, 2020)
