Sauteed sand zuri with garlic

Stall:Kogachan Food:Sauteed sand zuri with garlic

Although it is called "garlic stir-fry", I feel the chives more strongly due to the large amount of garlic. The crunchy texture of the sand zuri adds a nice salty flavor. ‼️ (2022/08/28)

oden

Stall:Kogachan Food:oden

Daikon radish, beef tendon, and kakuten. I went there for the unique and unusual oden soup, which is salty and has a strong fish broth. I still like it. ‼️ (2022/08/26)

walleye pollack roe (generally served salted and spiced with red pepper)

Stall:Kogachan Food:walleye pollack roe (generally served salted and spiced with red pepper)

Grilled sardine belly stuffed with cod roe. Good with less saltiness. The unique aroma of charcoal fire. The size is large. ‼️ (2022/07/25)

Sauteed green pepper with meat

Stall:Kogachan Food:Sauteed green pepper with meat

A simple stir-fry of bell peppers and pork, but with a good amount of garlic that is not overpowering. Crunchy peppers with a delicious pork flavor. Delicious ‼️ (24/07/2022)
