Kawachan 河ちゃん
Yatai located in Fukuoka Tenjin, near the intersection where Fukuoka PARCO is located. Smoothly operated yatai by one person. Operated by one man. Hakata Ramen, Hakata Motsunabe, Gyoza, Yakitori, Stir-fried food, etc. Not particularly fast, but you don't feel like you have to wait long even though there is only one person in the stall. Smooth operation.
Shiso roll, tomato roll, spicy sausage
Shiso roll with pork and shiso. Tomato rolled with bacon. Spicy sausage. The two rolls are a perfect match of rolled ingredients. The sausage is not so spicy. Beautiful looking skewers ‼️ (11/23/2022)
Hakata nabe made with offal, vegetables
Motsu nabe with soy sauce broth. Cabbage, chives, garlic, etc. in addition to pork. Light but with good oil content. The motsu is sweet. I like to eat it when it's cold. ‼️ (11/22/2022)
Spam hollandaise
Spam with a rich meaty flavor. Bean sprouts and spinach that have not been overcooked to retain their crunchy texture. These are dipped in egg and served with mayonnaise. Yes, it's delicious, that's for sure. ‼️ (2020/09/04)
grilled chicken with salt
The jidori chicken, grilled with just the right amount of salt, has a strong crunchy texture that is just the right amount of korekore.The cabbage served with it in Fukuoka was also enjoyed and tasty. ‼️ (August 27, 2020)
