A ham made from wild boar meat, thinly sliced and grilled, served on a bed of sauteed onions. Although it was wild boar meat, there was no smell. It was even better with peppery onions. ‼️ (2020/10/05)

Bamboo shoots that had been stewed as an ingredient in oden are cut into small pieces and simmered with an egg. Apparently, the healthy image of bamboo shoots attracts women's attention when it is on the menu. The taste is just as I imagined ‼️ (Sep 23, 2020)
