Ichi  壱

A new yatai (food stall) near the Fukuoka Bank main branch in Tenjin, Fukuoka, run by three young men. Young music is playing. They serve ramen, oden, and yakitori (grilled chicken), but the menu seems to be more meat-based. There is a deep-fried fish entrée. The owner is a Yakult Swallows fan.

Ramen noodles in a soy sauce and pork bone broth, a rarity in Fukuoka. It is topped with tender pork chashu pork and plump pork chops stir-fried in miso.
