A yatai located near the intersection of Showa Dori and Oyafuko Dori in Fukuoka Tenjin. The only thing on the menu is tempura. The bare light bulbs and the way the oil seeps into the stall give a sense of the stall's 70-plus year history. The staff does not skimp on the time and effort required to change the oil.

Tempura assortment is enough, but there are shiitake mushrooms and pumpkin in the neta case. I ordered more. The thick shiitake mushrooms are flavorful. The pumpkin is sweet and fresh. I'm glad I added it. ‼️ (07/16/2022)

On this day, there were eight dishes (pictured in order): chicken, white fish, blue fish, shrimp, green bell pepper, green beans, eggplant, and lotus root. A splendid course meal. Inexpensive. Delicious. However, it is hard to take pictures because you need to eat it freshly fried. ‼️ (2022/07/15)
